I love Frogs, a well thought of story and playing Detective. The latter might be the reason why this game is not a favorite of mine. There was not a lot of investigation work I had to think of and therefore the game was not really enganging in the Detective Part.
I might have expected something here the game did not even promise. But still I was hoping for something that required more from the player.
Needless to say if you are in search of a short story game with a beautiful art style. That's your game!

finally got around to playing this with my little bro (we had fun doing the voices together), and i can fully say that this game fills the little frog-shaped hole in my little heart. thank you for this really well made game, i enjoyed playing through the endings! can't wait for part 2, should there be one 😼

This is so cute I loved everything about it, the meta jokes, the relationships, the art and the investigation mechanisms. The backgrounds were also very pretty and gave a strong small-town-vibe. I'm looking forward to the sequel!

The only problem I had was that I used only quick save the first time I played the game, and when I opened it again and clicked on "Continue", it was like I hadn't used any saving method at all! I had to start again (thankfully I could skip the lines, but I still had to re-do the investigation and some other stuff).

Oh! It seems like you used the quick save which only can be loaded with the quick load button (it's beside the quick save option). Continue will only give you an option to load the save that you did by opening and saving via the journal!

This is an extremely cute and well-made game! The detective gameplay is great, the characters are very likeable, the frog world is fleshed out, and the intrigue of whodunnit is real :)
